Del Bello Lakes Event Highlights: Fostering a Sense of Community & Spreading Holiday Cheer

What are the perks of living in Del Bello Lakes? You’ll discover the meaning of “Community” when becoming a resident of this close-knit neighborhood.

If you weren’t able to attend this magical holiday event, here’s the rundown to make you feel like you were there in spirit - the holiday spirit that is…

Festive latte art
The gourmet hot chocolate and coffee flavors pleasantly surprised many community residents. The festive flavors included peppermint mocha, pumpkin, and our personal favorite - the toasted marshmallow latte! In true pro fashion, the barista whipped up adorable latte art from classic designs to snowmen and polar bears! Residents mingled over their cozy cups with Tiff Treats cookies in hand to top it off.

Excited expressions from little ones as they saw Santa!
For the main event - of course, Santa himself! Santa Claus trekked all the way from the North Pole to come and see the children of Del Bello Lakes! Santa spread cheer within the community as little ones’ faces lit up when they saw him waiting there to greet them. While some children were apprehensive of the man with the white beard, seeing the excited little ones tell Santa what they wanted for Christmas was a wholesome and heartwarming experience.

Children's laughter from a full playground
Many families stayed a while in Jaxon’s Cove to take advantage of the beautiful weather at the playground. Seeing so many residents and their children enjoying each other's company at this community amenity was a beautiful sight. Hearing the playful laughter echo from the playground spread that warm and fuzzy holiday cheer - to even the jolliest of them all, Santa!

One sweet little girl melted Santa’s heart
One young lady in particular left Santa in awe of her thoughtfulness. After visiting Old Saint Nick and telling him everything she wanted for Christmas, she went home and returned later with a special gift for him. This little girl thought Santa deserved a gift for all his hard work and brought him a toy car to keep! Witnessing this encounter left us truly in the Christmas spirit and showcased the kindness spread in Del Bello Lakes over this festive weekend!

This year’s Santa Stop was truly special. Be sure to look out for any future events on our website and social media platforms!
