Del Bello Lakes Opens 70’ Homesite Model Home Park

Shea Homes and Perry Homes are opening new model homes in the 70’ homesite section of Del Bello Lakes this week. The 70’ homesite section is the community’s largest lot size and offers home buyers some lake front homesites as well as the community’s most luxurious home designs.

Shea Homes is modeling Plan 6015. This amazing one-story plan offers and option to add a second floor Bonus Room with half bath and either a bar area or storage closet. This design includes a formal dining area, study, central great room which is open to the island kitchen, casual dining and outdoor living area. The owner’s suite features an oversized bath with shower, tub and dual sink vanities, as well as two walk-in closets. There are three additional bedrooms. One is set at the front of the home with its own private bath. The other two are at the rear of the home and they share a full bath. Perry Homes model in the 70’ section of Del Bello Lakes is Design 3410W. This home is priced from $496,900 and is a one-story which includes 3,410 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a 3-car garage.  The central family room is open to the island kitchen and dining area. There is a home office, game room, and a covered patio. The primary bedroom features a luxury bath with shower, tub, dual sink vanities and two walk-in closets. One of the three bedrooms is set privately at the back of the design with its own full bath and the remaining two bedrooms are on the other side of the home and share a full bath. A power room and utility room complete this design. Perry Homes in this 70' section are priced from the $460s and range in size from 3,300 to 4,500 square feet.

Both builders have available inventory homes in this new section and their model homes are open daily for touring.
