Manvel Town Center Construction to Start Next Summer

ManvelTx.com is reporting that construction will begin next summer on a new H-E-B at the northwest corner of SH 288 and SH 6.

The H-E-B will be one of the main anchor stores for a mixed retail development being orchestrated by the Weitzman Group. More than 1,000,000 square feet of retail, entertainment, and hospitality will be available in the complex. The H-E-B itself will be 96,000 square feet. That compares to the HEB in Shadow Creek Ranch area which is 145,000 square feet and the one in East Pearland on Pearland Parkway which is 80,000.
