Perry Homes Opens 50' Homesite Section Model Home Today

Perry Homes has opened their new furnished model home in the 50' homesite section of Del Bello Lakes. The company's popular 2504W plan features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a library, and an extended covered backyard patio. The plan has a base price of $342,900. The model home is located at 4407 Falcon Lake Drive, Manvel, TX 77578.

Perry Homes has seven quick move-in homes now under construction that will be available in May and June.

The company will also be building in the 70' homesite section of the community and will have another model home for that product, which will be complete soon. They also have inventory homes now under construction in that section which will be ready for July move-in.
