Del Bello Lakes Spring Over Event REALTOR Preview
Real Estate Agents are invited to a special preview of the Del Bello Lakes Spring Over Event on Thursday, April 28, 2022 from 11:30 am to 2 pm.
Agents are invited to stop by and visit our eight furnished model homes by Shea Homes, Perry Homes, Ashton Woods, and Westin Homes. Box lunches by Apple Spice Catering will be available with gourmet sandwiches, served with chips, carrots, pickles, cheesecake and fruit. Twisted Sugar Cookies will also be served. By visiting every builder model home, agents will be entered to win one of seven $500 AmEx gift cards!
The Public Spring Over Event will be held on Saturday and Sunday, April 30 and May 1, 2022.
On Saturday, April 30th, we will have free snow cones, face painting and a bungee tramp at our Jaxon's Cove Amenity Center. Any time Saturday or Sunday, stop by one of our eight model homes and register to win a $1,000 Spring Shopping Spree!!! No purchase necessary to register!
