Del Bello Lakes Grand Opening iPad Drawing Winner

Congratulations to Whitney and Brandon Bell! They won the iPad drawing held during the Del Bello Lakes Grand Opening event last weekend.

Whitney and Brandon currently live in Manvel and heard about the Grand Opening on social media and from the billboards on the site. Whitney, who is a corporate event planner, and Brandon, who works in the cell therapy industry, have been watching the historically low interest rates and thinking about moving when they find that perfect home. The couple has an 8-month old son. They love the Shea Homes 50' model home in Del Bello Lakes, as well as the Perry Home model.
