Joshua Staats with Jane Bryd Properties Earns Del Bello Lakes 2021 Winner's Circle Top Producer Award

Congratulations to Joshua Staats with Jane Byrd Properties, who earned the Top Producer Award for the 2021 Del Bello Lakes Winner's Circle Program. Joshua completed two sales in the community in 2021, totaling over $1.4 million in sales.

The Del Bello Lakes Winner's Circle program celebrates agents who sell new homes in the community with quarterly $2500 bonuses and the annual producer receives a $10,000 award.

This is the third year Del Bello Lakes has had the program. "Over 80% of the sales in the community are Realtor-assisted and this is our way of illustrating to the real estate community that we appreciate their partnership and trust," said Shea Homes Vice President of Sales and Marketing Scott Villareal.
