Joshua Staats with Jane Byrd Properties International LLC Named Third Quarter 2021 Del Bello Lakes Winner's Circle Top Producer

Joshua Staats with Jane Byrd Properties International LLC was the Del Bello Lakes Top Producer in the community's Winner's Circle Realtor program for the third quarter of 2021, earning a $2,500 bonus.

Staats is in his second year of selling real estate and even has his own team of six agents, The Real Tea Group.  Once the pandemic started, Staats joined the real estate business. He has always wanted to and thought this would be the perfect time. He is also a past flight attendant that enjoys helping people. In his free time, Staats enjoys spending time with his fiancé, AJ, and their three dogs and well as charitable work with dogs. Staats was drawn to bringing his clients to Del Bello Lakes because he enjoys the upgrades and designs that Shea Homes has to offer while being in a great, upcoming area of town. He is excited to see the growth that will be coming in the Manvel area and all that Del Bello Lakes will become. Staats worked with Shea Homes on his sales in Del Bello Lakes and is pictured with Jane Wong, Shea Homes sales professional.
