SPRING FORWARD This Weekend!
Daylight Saving Time returns this weekend: at 2 am local time on Sunday, March 8th. That means you set your clock to 3 am at that point.
Daylight saving time stretches about eight months and comes to an end on Sunday, November 1. Congress declared that Daylight Saving Time begins in the United States on the second Sunday in March and ends on the first Sunday in November in 2007. Individual states are allowed to pass laws exempting themselves from Daylight Saving Time.
You lose an hour of sleep but you will gain more sunshine at the end of each day!
